MVP and possible NFL immortality (if Lewis were to rush for 150+yards) as he would break Eric Dickerson`s single season mark for yards....

Now that the Ravens have clinched it is not wise to give him the ball at all IMHO...As much as I wanted this game to "matter" it is now as meaningless as an exhibition game for Baltimore and Lewis!

Damn Bengals couldn`t beat the Browns to make this a festive night for the Ravens faithful!

Do you think Lewis should still play tonight?

My prediction is he will play long enough to be given a shot at 2000...This team wanted that much, and Billick said he would play his regulars some...We shall see, it really takes the fun out of what could have been a memorable event here in Md!

If I were coach, I play him & keep him in tune. Maybe not as much but keep ingame mindset going.

The Cincy loss renders this game meaningless, which might actually take more steam out of the Steelers than the Ravens. Now Pitt doesn't even get to play the spoiler role, while Baltimore will likely be fired up to help Lewis break the record.

i see jamal staying in the game at LEAST long enough to get 2000. and if things are going well with the run, he will be left in for a shot at the record.
